Where it began.
A common challenge between two homesAirceleo began with a problem we kept hearing about: sending personal items between India and the United States. Traditional shipping was expensive, slow, and time-consuming, even for items meant for family and friends.
We watched people pay courier rates for a box of homemade snacks, wait three weeks, and then chase tracking numbers through call centers. There had to be a better way.
The insight.
Travelers were already goingWhile navigating those challenges, we noticed something obvious: travelers were already moving along these same routes every single day, with five kilos of empty bag.
Airceleo was built around that insight, enabling personal items, including food where permitted, to be carried by travelers already headed to the destination.
