Every account starts with a real-world ID check through our verification partner: name, date of birth and document validity, plus a photo match, so the person on the profile is the person who shows up.

Email, then phone.
We confirm a working email before matching, then a one-time code on the phone adds a second layer. Every account is reachable, and every account is real.

From match to handover to arrival, every key moment is captured in the app. Both sides see the same timeline and know what was agreed.
At the handover
A code and a photo, both times.
Pickup and delivery each need the other person's six-digit code and a photo in the app. There is never a question of who has the item, or when it changed hands.

Airceleo is a technology platform that helps people coordinate. We don't run warehouses or carry items ourselves, and travelers are independent individuals, not employees or a courier.
